I am running a sizable PPC campaign, and we have received a great amount of leads from it. However, I am only able to track form submissions since my company won’t let me place a unique phone number on the landing page (they believe there is brand equity in their number). My question is what is the typical percentage of users that will call when they go to a landing page? Is there any data on this? I want to get a rough idea of how many calls my PPC campaign is generating.

it’s really bad business to spend money without tracking the results, it gets a little more complicated with mixed media.
A guess would have limited value, why not instruct callers to mention an extension number or code word to receive a discount.
“Mention MG to receive a 5% discount”
If you could just generate a code # for them to give that indicated the search keyword or campaign that brought them.
